15. The Particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use:
For obtaining information relating to the Department or for obtaining information under Right to Information Act (RTI), Public can contact the Information and Facilitation Center of the Department, B-10, Near Central Bank of India, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi-110011. In case of any grievance, the Director of Grievance in the Department can also be contacted. A special RTI counter has also been set up at B-10, Near Central Bank of India, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi (Working hours: 9.00 A.M to 5.30 P.M). No Library is being maintained. However, the Department has a website http://dhi.nic.in and the citizens can visit the website for obtaining information.
