1. Brief History:
Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. (EPI) was incorporated in the year 1970 with the main objective to undertake turnkey projects and consultancy services in India and abroad. EPI is a Central Public Sector Enterprise in Contract & Construction and Technical Consultancy Services sector under the administrative control of the Ministry of Heavy Industries. EPI has PAN-India presence having its Regional/Zonal Offices at different geographical locations viz. New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar and Vishakhapatnam to undertake its operations across India besides project site offices spread all over the country as well as in Oman.
Shareholding Pattern :
99.98% by the President of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries, GOI and 00.02% by others.
2. Details of Services/Production/Business vertical :
EPI has been pioneer in providing EPC/Turnkey Projects including Civil, Structural, Water supply, Infrastructure and provides Consultancy services on PMC/Deposit basis. EPI has successfully completed nos. of bulk material handling projects for almost all private and public sector clients in India.

Over 5 decades, EPI is proud to have completed over 623 multidisciplinary Projects in India valued Rs.132.38 billion as well as 33 odd Projects overseas valued US$ Million 1050.204 and contributed immensely in socio-economic development of the Nation by creating a robust, resilient and sustainable infrastructure.
